Alice practices aviation litigation representing aircraft manufacturers, product and component manufacturers, airlines, airport operators, maintenance service providers and other aviation-related companies in claims and actions involving aircraft accidents, property damage, personal injury, commercial loss and other aviation-related cases in state and federal Courts across the United States.
Alice is President of the New York Chapter of Women in Aviation, International, and is a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association, the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
Alice is a participant in the Student Leadership Programs - Youth Leadership Conferences at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Aviation Law at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology, and is a member of the College’s Advisory Council.
Prior to law school, Alice was an Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank, and held positions as a Personal Banker, Teller Manager and Associate in Chase’s Management Development Program, after commencing her tenure there as a Bank Teller.
In addition to the state courts of New York and New Jersey, Alice is admitted in federal district courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the District of New Jersey.
