Frank J. Chiarchiaro, Special Counsel
Frank has over 34 years experience, and has handled a wide array of aviation matters, including defending both military and commercial airframe manufacturers, and aircraft systems and component part manufacturers, in claims and litigation both in the United States and Europe stemming from helicopter, general aviation and commercial aircraft accidents.
Frank also has extensive experience in counseling clients in the area of accident avoidance, product integrity and other loss prevention services including advising on contractual provisions and document retention programs.
Frank has spoken at many professional conferences, and written numerous articles and presented seminars on the subject of product liability.
Frank obtained Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science degrees, both in Electrical Engineering. Before practicing law, Frank worked as an electrical engineer with the United States Navy and Coast Guard. Frank is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in American Law.
In addition to the state courts of New York, Frank is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th, 5th and 11th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
