Stephanie N. Brie, Associate

Stephanie has worked on a variety of aviation cases throughout the United States. Her experience includes defending component manufacturers in major airline disaster cases and multi-district litigation, as well as defending airport service equipment manufacturers against strict liability and negligence claims. Stephanie's aviation experience also includes representing passenger and airline service providers, airport ground handling companies, military contractors, and airlines in all aspects of personal injury and property damage cases including litigation, mediation and appeals. Stephanie published an article on personal jurisdiction over foreign corporations in The Brief, a national publication of the American Bar Association, and has authored articles on the Montreal Convention and preemption in the field of air safety for the Aircraft Builders Council. Stephanie is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
