Agostino is an Associate in the New York office. His primary experience involves the defense of clients in complex litigation. He litigates high exposure aviation and product liability claims involving wrongful death, significant personal injury, and property damage. Agostino also litigates numerous other claims including premises liability, contract dispute, subrogation, insurance and indemnification claims. In addition to litigation, Agostino has filed multiple trademarks in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Agostino graduated Seton Hall Law School with a concentration in Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law, and he was presented the following awards: The ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor & Employment Law; The West Academic Publishing Company Commercial Law Award; and the Excellence in Professional Responsibility Award. He was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review, and other extracurricular activities included being a senator for the Student Bar Association, president of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, and treasurer of the Rodino Society. Agostino also competed in the Fordham National Basketball Negotiation Competition.
