Dane is an Associate in the New York City office. His admission is pending in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. His experience primarily involves the defense of aviation interests from product manufacturers to service providers and insurers in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Dane’s work also includes assisting clients on entertainment law matters relating to breach of contract, music royalties and music licensing disputes.
Dane is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland. Dane earned his J.D. from Touro College Law Center in 2016, where he was a member of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) and a recipient of a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his study in International Law.
During law school, Dane worked full-time as a paralegal for a New York City law firm where he gained experience defending clients in construction site and premises liability cases, while also providing valuable pro bono services to those in need. Alongside the Safe Passage Project, a not-for-profit organization that affords legal counsel to unaccompanied immigrant children who are crossing the border into the United States every day from Central America, Dane assisted clients seeking asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in removal proceedings.
Dane is currently a member of the New York City Bar Association, National Bar Association and Hispanic National Bar Association.
